Processing and finishing
SeaPlex combines the properties of plastic and wood: its thermal behavior is similar to acrylic and its cutting action is similar to wood, so it can be worked with carpentry tools without overheating. To obtain clean cuts, the manual recommends blades with a low number of teeth and rapid cutting to reduce friction and heat.
